We can print from your supplied artwork, or you can take advantage of our experienced designers.
STEP 1 – QUOTATION
The first step is for us to provide you with a quotation. All this is already set out in our quote form
In order to do this, we need a few things:
- Approximate size of the design.
- What you want the screen printing on.
- Placement of the artwork on the garment (front, back, sleeves etc, each print position will add to price)
- How many colours in the print ( price added for each colour)
- How many items approx.(10 garments minimum)
- Is it your garment or from our wholesale range ( please provide product code)
When your happy with the quote and have accepted the invoice we may proceed with the next step, setting up the artwork for screen printing.
STEP 2 – ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
The BETTER the artwork quality, the better the finish. Don’t have any artwork yet?

File types accepted: VECTOR-PDF, EPS, RASTER FORMAT-PNG, JPEG (Just keep the resolution high – 300dpi+
Sizes of the design is currently limited up to 380mm x 450mm. For any other sizes please contact us to discuss.
Let us know if you have any preferred colours to use, we use Plastisol and water based inks, Fluro, metallic and shimmer inks. If we created the design, a proof copy will be sent before production to obtain your approval.
Once we receive your approval on artwork, we can begin production
STEP 3 – SCREENPRINTING
From the approval of the design, production will generally take working days depending on the quantity involved and the time of year.
Then the final quality check and count is performed before being packed for delivery.
STEP 4 – DELIVERY
We will send them via courier or Australia Post express, depending on weight.
